Furniture Sales Executive

Our client is a well-known brand in the furniture industry, with multiple locations across Ireland, known for offering exceptional home furnishings and flooring solutions at competitive prices. They are looking to add and experienced Sales Executives to their growing teams in their Dublin 12 and Dublin 15 stores. This is an excellent opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a supportive and energetic setting.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be a pivotal part of the team, contributing to the store's success by driving sales and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role is perfect for a competitive and enthusiastic individual with previous experience, eager to develop their skills and knowledge in the industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist customers with selecting and purchasing furniture and flooring products.
Maintain high merchandising standards to ensure the store is visually appealing.
Continuously update your knowledge of the products within your department.
Support store operations by driving sales and increasing profitability.
Provide exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and targets.
Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

Required Experience and Skills:

Prior sales experience in the furniture or flooring industry is advantageous.
Previous experience working to targets.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

OTE: €45-50k
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
