General Manager- Gentleman's Club

General Manager required for Gentleman's Lapdance Clubs in Dublin 2. Previous experience in the Industry desirable. Excellent incentive package on offer.
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience as General Manager or Bar Manager in a similar busy establishment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Industry
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the establishment and the development of the business
  • A hands on manager who will oversee all aspects of the operation
  • Implement SOP's for bar and floor departments
  • Previous experience with KPI’s, stock control, costing, forecasting, beverage budgets and GP required. Work with finance team to ensure all budgets/forecasts
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Training and scheduling of staff
Must have fluent English and be authorised to work full time hours in Ireland.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
