At O'Flynn's Gourmet Sausage Company, we are expanding our team!
The General Operative will work as part of a team in the factory to help produce, pack and label our sausages and other products along a fast paced production line in accordance with customer specifications, and to also understand and carry out all duties to O’Flynn’s Gourmet Sausage Companys Cultural and technical standards.
Job Responsibilities:
· Operate packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner
· Pack orders correctly and efficiently
· Label all products correctly making sure correct best before and batch code is applied daily
· Comply with all HACCP, Health & Safety, Quality and other Company Policies & Procedures
· Ensure all Hygiene & Cleanliness Standards are maintained
· Rotate stock to ensure FIFO system is consistently implemented
· Participate in cleaning of production area
· Be flexible in working hours to ensure all customer deliveries are completed
· Maximise efficiencies and performance across all machines & equipment.
· Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained across all areas of the site.
· All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· HACCP Training essential (can be arranged should it not already be completed).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
