General Operative/Forklift Driver

General Operatives required for a busy timber manufacturing facility in Arklow, Co Wicklow. As part of Armstrong Timber Engineering’s operations team, you will be involved in the manufacture of our products, including timber frame, roof trusses and floor joists. Forklift/yard operative(s) also required.
You should be motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude, and in return will have the opportunity to work for an established family-owned company that is currently growing and expanding its operations. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
The candidate:

Good with hands. Experience in use of power tools an advantage
Ability to learn quickly, be efficient and hard-working
Excellent concentration and attention to detail
Motivated and shows initiative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and willingness to work overtime as required
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
Follow workplace health and safety, including undertake training
Fluent English
