What We Do?
We move 1 million boxes per week, we have over 1.7 million square foot of warehousing and we employ over 800 direct employees across the Primeline Group, from warehouse operatives, transport drivers, field sales representatives and many support roles based in our Head Office located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. Primeline is multifaceted, and we operate across many industries including FMCG, retail, pharmacy, media, automotive, print, ambient food and technology and we provide cutting edge supply chain solutions to companies operating in Ireland. We service over 4500 retailers and have a fleet of over 200 vehicles.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
You require experience in managing inventory within a bonded warehouse, which involves adhering to specific customs regulations and procedures.
You need a deep understanding of customs regulations, bonded goods handling, and compliance with legal requirements related to importing and exporting goods.
You require experience in managing the additional risks associated with bonded goods, such as ensuring proper documentation and compliance to avoid penalties.
You will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
You will ensure that all inventory management processes comply with customs regulations, including accurate record-keeping of bonded goods.
You will oversee the movement of bonded goods, ensuring they are stored and managed according to legal requirements and that any movements in or out of the bonded warehouse are properly documented.
You will manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from receiving products to picking, collating, and timely delivery.
You will work closely with various suppliers to co-ordinate deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
You can lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on daily tasks, resolving issues, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
You will utilise inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels for different products.
You will implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet our standards before being dispatched.
You will effectively use inventory management software and other technological tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
Yu will work closely with customs officials to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods and resolve any compliance issues related to bonded stock.
You act swiftly and decisively in handling unexpected challenges such as supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
You can establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting on warehouse performance and suggesting improvements.
You will provide ongoing training to warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for efficient operations.


What Skills Are Required to Do This Role:
You have 3years+ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced bonded warehouse
You can demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
You are familiar with inventory management software and other relevant technologies including customs and compliance knowledge.
You are meticulous and have great attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfilment.
You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
You have a track record of achieving and surpassing performance targets in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting.
