Guest Relations Manager

Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join our highly successful team here in Marlin Dublin. Our Guest Relations Manager will support our Leadership team by owning the guest experience and digital feedback.
Essential Experience

Prior experience in front facing guest relations
An understanding of hotel operations: housekeeping, F&B, M&E & Front Office
Understanding the current market and an idea of our competitors
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Clear communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage relationships cross departmentally

Key Responsibilities

Enhance and evolve the guest experience in the lobby
Ensuring there is constant engagement with guests and presence in front facing areas
Resolving guest queries and complaints in a thorough manner
Responding to guest feedback in a timely manner
Owning the digital feedback experience
Identifying cost effective ways to enhance the guest experience
Ensuring communication remains transparent both with your team and with senior stakeholders

To make your life working in hospitality easier, we are proud to offer permanent roles, working straight shifts, 5 days out of 7. The normal hours of work are 40 hours each week. You will need to be flexible with the dates and times you are able to work.
Hotel: Marlin Hotel Dublin
Location: 11 Bow Lane East, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2
Contract: Permanent Contract subject to a 6-month probation period.
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday
Work Authorisation: Ireland(required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
