Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join our highly successful team here in Marlin Dublin. Our Guest Relations Manager will support our Leadership team by owning the guest experience and digital feedback.
Essential Experience

• Prior experience in front facing guest relations
• An understanding of hotel operations: housekeeping, F&B, M&E & Front Office
• Understanding the current market and an idea of our competitors
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Clear communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage relationships cross departmentally

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and evolve the guest experience in the lobby
• Ensuring there is constant engagement with guests and presence in front facing areas
• Resolving guest queries and complaints in a thorough manner
• Responding to guest feedback in a timely manner
• Owning the digital feedback experience
• Identifying cost effective ways to enhance the guest experience
• Ensuring communication remains transparent both with your team and with senior stakeholders

Contract: Permanent Contract subject to a 6-month probation period.
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
