The Marlin Hotel is a vibrant and exciting new hotel in the centre of Dublin. We have 301 guest bedrooms, 2 restaurants, a busy bar, a terrace, and a coffee horsebox. Our culinary team is now looking to expand to support our busy operation. We're seeking a Breakfast Chef who shares our passion for quality service and exceptional guest experiences.
What Experience Do We Look for?
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Proven experience as a chef, with specific experience in breakfast or brunch preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset, with a passion for cooking and menu development.
  • Team-player attitude with great communication skills.
  • Must have right to work in Ireland.
What Will You Be Doing?
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes with high-quality ingredients, including eggs, pancakes, pastries, and other morning favorites.
  • Ensure food is presented attractively and meets all quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and provide support where needed.

Pay: €13.50 per hour
