The Fairview Boutique Hotel, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Killarney town, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our team. This is a part-time role offering morning hours with straight shifts, ideal for someone looking for a great work-life balance in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Prepare and cook quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the service teams to ensure smooth, efficient breakfast service.
  • Monitor and manage food stock levels, ensuring minimal wastage and cost control.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food preparation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Passion for cooking and presenting quality food.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • HACCP: 1 year (preferred)
