We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team. This role is for a confident communicator who is comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role. A proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.
We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Know being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
• Flexible hours with weekend availability

Main Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain consistency in quality and presentation
• Collaborate with the team to create a smooth kitchen operation.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Preparation, set-up, service, clean up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food
• Restock, take deliveries, plan orders, and organize BOH areas
• Cleanliness of the kitchen area
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures etc.)
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.

Useful Experience

• Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong cooking techniques and kitchen knowledge.
• HACCP Trained: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Fluent English: Strong communication skills.
