Please note: this role is for a brand new, state of the art 28,000 sq/ft fitness centre opening in Limerick City
The facility will be state of the art and offering a very high level of service to members and hence we are only seeking high performing candidates to apply for this position.
The Role will entail all duties with the Day to Day running of the Facility, and will be working under the Area Manager and Owner.
Duties would include:
Training, managing and motivating all facility staff, Ensuring the Facility and Equipment is to standard, Reviewing and Driving Sales, First Point of Contact for Members, overseeing the services offered in the facility, Reporting to Owner, Overseeing payroll and employee scheduling, Handles any issues that arise, both for customers and employees.

This will be a full time Role, hours will be flexible but must be available to work some evenings and weekends if necessary.
