Head Chef - Cafe
We are a busy brunch style cafe with a loyal following of customers. We strive to provide a high level of food & coffee and we want someone who can assist us in maintaining this, and elevate our offering further. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and lead a small team of staff. Below we outline what we are seeking in the ideal candidate;
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a chef (preferably in a supervisory role)
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Excellent time management
- The ability to introduce strong structures and planning
- An understanding of the food scene in Ireland and seasonality
- A love of food with a love of cooking and creating
- Pastry skills/experience would be advantageous
For the right candidate we can offer a competitive salary, gym membership, free staff meals and daytime only hours. Typical shifts are 7 - 3, or similar.
