Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, a love for seafood, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of cuisine. Please note, this position cannot consider overseas applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a busy kitchen team with a positive attitude.
• Develop and execute a seafood-focused menu with a creative flair.
• Manage and train staff, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and quality control.
• Uphold and improve culinary standards under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage a cohesive team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in mentoring and upskilling kitchen staff.
• Ability to deliver high-quality cuisine consistently.
