We are a lively and friendly gastro pub located in the heart of Clane. Operating from the Clane GAA Club. Newly reopened this year. We are known for our delicious food, extensive drinks menu and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our team.
As we expand our business we are looking to recruit great people to join our kitchen
Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Chefs to join our team. The candidates will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations, as well as a proven track record of preparing high-quality food. We are looking to recruit in to a number of kitchen positions as our business expands. Role and responsibilities will differ depending on which on which position you wish to apply. General summary below.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Assist with menu development
• Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team
• Management of kitchen operations & external catering wing

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of experience as Head Chef/Sous Chef/Trainee
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food safety certification preferred
• Team Player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Clane, Naas, CO. Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
