We are seeking a dynamic and naturally confident individual with excellent networking skills to join our team as a Host Family Recruiter. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our network of host families for student accommodation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing new leads from both online and offline campaigns, managing our social media channels, and fostering strong relationships with current and prospective host families.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: €29,000.00 per year
Schedule:
We are seeking a dynamic and naturally confident individual with excellent networking skills to join our team as a Host Family Recruiter. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our network of host families for student accommodation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing new leads from both online and offline campaigns, managing our social media channels, and fostering strong relationships with current and prospective host families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle new leads generated through various campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition from initial inquiry to onboarding.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and enhance our social media presence to attract and engage potential host families.
- Onboarding Process: Guide new host families through the onboarding process, from initial contact to active participation, ensuring adherence to vetting and inspection protocols.
- Accommodation Oversight: Take charge of the organization and management of our student accommodation in Drogheda, with support from our head office in Dublin.
- Recruitment Efforts: Actively recruit host families in diverse locations across Drogheda, including town centers, shopping centers, and supermarkets.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on the success of recruitment campaigns and the number of new host families added each week.
- Driver’s License: Full, clean driver’s license is required.
- Vehicle: Access to a car is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Native or proficient in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Networking and Relationship-Building Experience: Whether from recruitment, sales, or community outreach roles, the ability to engage confidently and build long-term relationships is key.
- Social Media Expertise: Experience in managing social media campaigns or content creation for recruitment or engagement purposes is highly desirable.
- Accommodation or Hospitality Experience: A background in managing student accommodations or hospitality services is a strong asset.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, leads, and reporting are essential.
- A bachelor’sdegree (preferred in marketing, business, education, or a related field) would be an asset, but equivalent experience in a relevant role would likely be sufficient.
Pay: €29,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Drogheda, CO. Louth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
