The Tower Hotel is Waterford's premier 4-star city centre hotel and is superbly located overlooking the Marina and Reginald's Tower. The hotel is just a 3-minute stroll from the city's shopping and entertainment hot spots, and the premier business district.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident, organised person who has excellent attention to detail, will be motivated and have good social and communication skills. They will also have a flexible attitude towards shift work as the role will involve working evenings, midweek, and weekends.
The Candidate:
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working as a Housekeeping Porter in a hotel is desirable.
- Flexible to work both mid-week and weekend shifts.
- Honest, reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
Essential Functions:
- Delivering clean linen to all accommodation stores and collecting all dirty linen from the accommodation hallways.
- Assess the quality and accuracy of all linen deliveries and store same.
- Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the Hotel.
- Assist with striping of beds if required.
- Ensures all maintenance requests are communicated clearly to the Maintenance Team.
- Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all checklists are completed.
- Follows hotel procedure for the acceptance, security and return of guest lost property.
- Adhere to hotel policy for key control and security.
