Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for all cleaning and associated duties assigned in support of the OCS contract. To adhere to all regulatory requirements for chemical handling and task performance, working as part of a committed team.
Responsibilities:

• To support the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day supervision & development of the Industrial Cleaning Team
• Ensuring high standard of cleaning as directed by management.
• Use and care of cleaning equipment.
• Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site.
• Promptly deal with any queries or complaints.
• To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself, your subordinates and others who may be affected by your work activities.
• To perform any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by the management.

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial cleaning particularly Window Cleaning, Working at Height, Floor Maintenance and use of machinery.
• Full Valid Driving License.
• Excellent personnel supervision skills.
• Keen and proactive approach to work.
• Physically fit and mobile.
• Ability to travel and overnights as required
• Dublin based but national coverage required
• Excellent English and interpersonal skills
• If you are a non-Irish Citizen or have resided outside Ireland for a period of 6 months or more, you will need to be in possession of a police disclosure certificate from the applicable country dated within the last 6 months.
• All applicants must be able to provide two forms of state issued identification (Passport, Driving License, Garda Age Card, Birth Certificate, National Identity Card)
