About the Role:
As an Installation Engineer at our company, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence across various sectors. You will be responsible for the seamless installation of digital signage screens, interactive screens, and the execution of new projects as well as troubleshooting existing setups. This role is perfect for those who love hands on work, and to work with a diverse range of clients including retail, hotels, and schools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installation and maintenance tasks including cabling, screen mounting, and setting up digital signage with a high level of precision. Full training will be provided to ensure success.
• Provide top-tier support and fulfillment for jobs as required, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Employ your troubleshooting skills to address post-installation issues, ensuring smooth operation.
• Engage with a broad customer base, effectively communicating technical information in an easily understandable manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hands-on installation environment. Prior experience as an installer/fitter is preferred.
• Proficiency with tools necessary for installation tasks, such as drills.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The ability to simplify complex technical terms for a general audience is a must.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives both in autonomous and team settings.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Experience dealing with diverse client types, including educational, retail, commercial, and corporate sectors, is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be over 21 with a clean driving license for insurance purposes.
• We are based in Oldcastle, Co Meath so you will need to be able to attend the office to restock, meetings etc.
• A willingness to travel nationwide.
• Availability for early morning or late evening shifts as required by project schedules. Compensation includes bonus-related pay.
