International Marketing Specialist

EIP Ventures is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an employee of EIP Ventures you will also work on projects within our group, including for Konvi and Richmond Blackwood. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing product strategies and international marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. You will leverage your expertise in fintech and investment platforms to attract high-quality leads and drive user engagement, playing a vital role in our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing strategies tailored to the finance, especially fintech and investment sectors;
- Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital channels, optimizing for Return on Investment (ROI) and lead generation;
- Bring new products to market through targeted promotional efforts aimed at international audiences, utilizing a strong understanding of product strategy;
- Utilize analytical tools to assess and interpret campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, compliance and creative, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless product strategy execution;
- Create content, design creative assets, and implement them for ads across various platforms;
- Craft targeted and impactful marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and investment in our assets, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics;
- Monitor and report overall marketing performance against the business plan, understanding and sharing the root causes of either underperformance or overperformance, and implementing actions to address budget deviations when needed;
- Work closely with internal and external partners to establish content and channel practices and guidelines for regional activations, ensuring cultural and market relevance;
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and regional market developments to ensure our marketing efforts are cutting-edge and effective.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international marketing and product strategy development, preferably in the fintech or investment sectors;
- Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a B2C and B2B environment with a focus on international markets;
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance marketing;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights;
- Proficiency with Figma, GA4, Canva, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager;
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance marketing;
- Experience working across multiple regions, particularly Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with an understanding of cultural and market nuances;
- Good command of English and Chinese.
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to €35,000.00 per year
