Are you an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly individual? Leonardo Hotels is looking for someone just like you to join our team at our Head Office in Dublin. We have an excellent entry-level opportunity for an IT Department Administrator to support our IT team and provide first-line IT support to our wider hotel teams.
Job Purpose: To support the IT team with administrative tasks and provide first-line IT support to the wider hotel teams.
What You Can Expect:

• Ordering new IT equipment for the hotel group and raising purchase orders (POs).
• Ensuring all equipment meets high standards before being sent to its final destination.
• Maintaining the IT asset registry for the business.
• Assisting the helpdesk with resolving issues and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Providing quick responses to emergency and ad-hoc requests.
• Assisting the company in ensuring compliance with data protection and Audit regulations.
• Supporting hotel openings as needed, with occasional travel.

What We Expect From You:

• Hardworking and enthusiastic attitude.
• Knowledge and experience in technology, including hardware, telecoms, networking, and application management (beneficial but not essential).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Computer literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
