IT Helpdesk Engineer

- Handle helpdesk support queries using remote management software
- Support customers’ cloud environments and perform server, PC, and laptop setups and repairs
- Install, configure and maintain customers’ software and communications equipment
- Logging calls (tickets) and keeping records of customer queries
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
- PC builds and installations
- Manage and communicate with third party vendors
- Execute any activities assigned
- Communicate activities updates to Service Delivery Manager and fellow Managed Services team members (& Project Team members when applicable)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server required
Pay: €32,500.00-€40,000.00 per year
