As a Junior AI Developer at Auxilion, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining AI-driven solutions and applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with senior AI developers and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in AI projects, contributing to the development, deployment, and improvement of AI models and systems.
This Junior AI Developer position is designed for an individual who is passionate about AI and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. At Auxilion, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of AI projects, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to innovative solutions that leverage the latest advancements in AI technology.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, R, or Java.
  • Fundamental AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical methods.
  • Data Handling: Ability to work with large datasets and perform data pre-processing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Development Tools: Familiarity with development and version control tools such as Git, JIRA, and collaboration platforms like Confluence or Slack.
Role:
  • AI Model Development: Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI models, including data collection, cleaning, and pre-processing, as well as model training, evaluation, and refinement.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior developers and data scientists to understand project requirements and contribute to the AI solution lifecycle.
  • Research and Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices; actively seek learning opportunities to improve skills and knowledge in AI and related fields.
  • Problem-Solving: Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving with the team to address challenges in AI projects and improve existing AI systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
  • Technical Documentation: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation for AI models, systems, and processes to ensure clarity and ease of use for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
