We provide reusable cups and food containers to reduce waste and save businesses money, while ensuring consumers avoid unnecessary costs for reusable products. We also manage deposit and return systems at major events like Bloom, Sheridan's Cheese Festival, and Dingle Food Festival.
We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and drive marketing efforts that deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for a young, energetic, and creative professional eager to grow their career in marketing. You will play a vital role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies while connecting with our audience through engaging content and campaigns.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for Tik Tok and Instagram Reels to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Craft engaging short videos that align with current trends and reflect 2Go Cup’s mission and brand voice.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and promote key initiatives, events, and product offerings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to refine future strategies.
- Build relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends.
- Use storytelling and creative messaging to convey the benefits of our reusable products and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and innovative marketing techniques to keep 2Go Cup at the forefront of the market.
- Represent the brand at events, customer locations, and marketing activations across Ireland and the UK.
- Collect content and insights from events for future marketing efforts.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- A flair for creativity and storytelling, with an eye for trends and an ability to connect with audiences quickly.
- Experience with video editing tools, including Tik Tok’s in-app tools and external software like Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and a passion for driving engagement.
- Confidence in front of the camera and the ability to conduct interviews or host live content.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including campaign planning and performance analysis.
- A full driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ireland and the UK.
