Alpha Facilities Maintenance provide planned preventative maintenance and dedicated 24/7/365 HVAC support teams for emergency HVAC & electrical services.
Key skills and experience required:

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying with some post graduate experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/Power Point with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create work task follow up quotations to contracted customers.
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to vet proposed projects.
• Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labour, timeframes.
• Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities.
• Manage risk, value engineering and cost control measures.
• Continually Review parts & materials costs from suppliers for best value.

Pay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
