We are currently looking for a Junior IT Analyst to join our central IT Team, based in Ardee, co Louth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the Beef Sector who is growing the business beyond market expectations, who has People as one of our core strategic pillars. This position will involve working closely with our divisional IT Teams based across Ireland, Europe and the UK.

The Role Opportunities :
Business Process Optimization:

• Design and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and standardize workflows.

Solution Design , Development & Integration:

• Build , test and deploy automated workflows, applications, and API integrations to solve business challenges.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable APIs that connect systems, tools, and services.

Technology & Tool Integration:

• Leverage tools like Microsoft 365 to deliver digital transformation and automation projects.
• Integrate internal and external systems to ensure smooth, scalable communication.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Align digital solutions with business goals, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective use and adoption of new solutions.

Continuous Improvement :

• Continuously improve solutions, fostering innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Learning & Development:

• Mentorship from Senior Management: The successful candidate will work closely with senior team, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in automation, API development, and business process optimization. Knowledge of :

• API Development & Integration
• Automation Tools & Technologies: i.e. Microsoft Power Automate, to build automated workflows.
• Web Development & Coding: Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script) and coding languages (e.g., Python, C#, or Java Script) to develop custom solutions and applications.
• Data Connectivity & Integration: Understanding of databases, data integration methods (SQL, JSON, REST APIs).
• Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Platform, Share Point, Teams) .
