Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
- Provide management support to allocated large Retail Client within the division and your geographical region.
- To support the Head of Security Ireland to ensure account profitability of your area.
- Ensure that all employees are recruited and fully licensed in accordance with legislation and agreed Client and OCS HR policies and procedures.
- Staff training in conjunction with both company and site guidelines regular toolbox talks and recording of same Health & Safety Audits
- Ensure scheduled and unscheduled site visits are conducted regularly within your region.
- Ensure contracts are operating to specification and performance of contracts are continuously audited on a monthly basis.
- To ensure National Security Manager is kept informed of any operational progress and any potential issues.
- Client relationships is critical to the success of any contract performance.
- To ensure maximisation of client satisfaction across your associated region as part of monthly KPI’s visits.
- Ability to identify, implement and manage change as necessary within your region, supported by the National Security Manager
- Performance Management & development of reporting team in association with HR policies and procedures
- Ensure all incidents are reported as soon as possible after their occurrence.
- Ensure the management of on-site staff in line with company HR policies and procedures.
- Where necessary follow the appropriate IR steps if performance issues occur.
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience in client relationship management
- Experience in staff management multi employee relations.
- Knowledge of retail security is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Full clean driving licence required.
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
- Management: 3 years (preferred)
Pay: €45,000.00-€47,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
