Learning and Development Specialist

This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of Learning & Development events and projects
- Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with both internal colleagues and external training providers
- Regularly update, and accurately manage data on the E-Learning platform and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage all queries regarding L&OD organised courses and education support applications and status, ensuring responses are given in a timely manner
- Ensure precise and effective completion of all administrative tasks including invoicing
- Prepare talent development reports to facilitate L&D quality evaluations
Technical/Professional
- Previous experience working in a learning & development, HR, quality, customer experience position or similar
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills with aptitude for displaying decision-making and autonomy with limited oversight
- Confident using MS Office and databases. Familiarity with an LMS/ talent management system would be advantageous for this position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
