As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our expanding team in Grangegeeth, Co. Meath. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the logistics function in a dynamic environment.
The Role….
The Logistics Administrator will provide essential administrative support to our logistics team, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities….
· Update and maintain company logistics trackers.
· Provide employees with transport arrangements and details.
· Maintain company vehicle records and monitor routine servicing requirements.
· Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
· Assist in managing employee transport-related issues, assist in other duties as assigned by management within reason and capability.
· Prepare and process freight/delivery paperwork.
· Generate custom reports for site management teams as required.
· Track vehicle complaints and provide status reports to the logistics department and site teams.
· Book vehicle service and CVRT tests as needed.
Essential Criteria…
· Maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers through timely and effective communication.
· Promote the best interests of the company, adhering to all policies and procedures.
· Complete tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
· Plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Experience in a similar logistics or administrative role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Qualified or working towards an Accounts Technician qualification is desirable but not essential.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
