Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and execute robust campaigns, driving lead generation across marketing channels.
- Content Creation & Management: Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats (social media, email marketing, blog posts) and manage the content calendar to boost brand awareness and educate audiences.
- Campaign Execution: Support the setup and execution of company-wide marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, writing compelling emails and newsletters, and developing lead nurturing workflows (e.g., via Mailchimp).
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop and track KPIs for campaigns, including engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Analyse insights, demographics, and success metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate ad campaigns with broader business goals.
- Social Media Management: Apply best practices across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok) and manage e Commerce and retailer platforms.
- Event Participation & Collateral Management: Attend industry events, manage marketing collateral, and ensure updates are distributed effectively.
- Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to meet print deadlines and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Website & Content Updates: Regularly update company websites with fresh content, ensuring consistency with brand values and mission.
- Creative Innovation: Propose new ideas and creative concepts to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Education & Experience:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Marketing role or similar environment.
- Proven ability to create compelling content, with a focus on email marketing and email writing.
- Expertise in social media advertising platforms.
- Experience with Google Ads, Dynamics (or similar CRM systems), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with Word Press or other website management tools is a plus.
- Understanding of an omni-channel approach to digital marketing is desirable.
- Communication & Critical Thinking:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Self-Motivation:
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
