Breffni Air are a market-leading specialist contractor in mechanical and electrical installations, involved in projects across sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Food Processing, Data Centres and Technology.
We require a Mechanical Engineer based in Cavan with a proven track record in mechanical projects. You will join our experienced teams working predominantly on electrical containment and cable pulling installation projects across Europe, and, support our HVAC and mechanical teams.
The Role:
Reporting to Operations Director
Duties:

• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Checking drawings and quantities to ensuring that calculations are accurate for the work.
• Maintain on-site administrative systems to ensure integrated management systems are adhered to.
• Co-Ordinate and communicate project performance with daily updates to site management team.
• Liaising with site management to ensure the smooth running of the project.
• HVAC design work including drawing updates and modification.
• Possess training or qualification in technical procurement and tendering.
• Track and Recording costings of installed works.
• Review contract documentation.
• Liaise with client interface.

Role Requirements:

• Microsoft Office
• CAD, BIM
• Some experience of Navis Works, preferable
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
• Build external and internal relationships using effective communication skills
