- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt and courteous responses.
- Ensuring guest privacy at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building, including public areas, corridors, and external grounds, to ensure the safety of guests and the security of the premises.
- Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring they are secure at all times.
- Maintain accurate report logs and incidents that occur during the shift.
- Ensure all fire exits are clear and operational, checking safety equipment like extinguishers, fire alarms, and emergency lighting while on regular patrol.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance cameras and respond to any security alerts as required.
- Lock and unlock main doors as per policies during night-time hours.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, including enforcing quiet hours and guest behaviour code of conduct.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying public areas, cleaning spills, and restocking when required.
- Reporting significant maintenance issues through the correct channel.
- Ensure that all areas of the building are clean, safe, and presentable for guests.
- Prepare a report for the morning shift, noting any incidents or requests that need to be addressed by management.
Pay: From €12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:
