Job Title: Office Administrator with Sales and Marketing
Job Description:
Hannigan Facility Services are looking to hire a part-time office administrator to work in our head office in Tougher's Business Park, Naas, Co. Kildare.
Job Specification:
The role includes but is not limited to:

• General office administration including typing documents, filing, organising and managing company information and files.
• Managing requests for information through email and over the phone.
• Managing employee information while complying with GDPR regulations.
• Must have a flare for sales as the role will involve reaching out to potential new clients and providing quotes for services.
• Managing company social media platforms including Linked In, Facebook and Instagram including weekly content creation.
• Providing support to the accounts and HR department regarding staffing and wages.
• Recruitment of new staff when needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week
Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm / 9:30am - 2:30pm
Experience: Office administration, sales and marketing experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
