Job Summary

Working Mondays to Fridays from 9.00am to 5.00pm
Registering/labelling customer samples on the Lab Information Management System
Assist customers with sample submission and testing queries
Assist with entering of results Into Laboratory Information Management System
Receiving customer phone calls and directing calls to appropriate department
Responding to customer queries and provide customer support
Assist with general office duties

About You

Professional phone manner and customer service skills
Willingness to learn
Analytical and logical approach with a keen eye for detail
Able to thrive under pressure and work as part of team in a fast-paced environment.
Interest/background in science would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent standards of PC literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: €27,430.00 per year
Work Location: In person
