Working Hours
3 hour handover on Fridays onsite in Home Instead Mayo Office and WFH Option on Friday, Saturdays & Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays.
Handover of weekend phone to the office on Monday morning at an agree time or on a Tuesday morning following a Bank Holiday Monday.
What you will do;
As Part Time On-Call Co-Ordinator your main responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinate and maintain client and caregivers' schedules and ensure all open shifts are filled as required ensuring all clients are staffed appropriately.
• Answer and address all incoming calls, emails and text messages according to clients, potential clients and caregivers needs.
• Monitor the company Unique IQ Clocking System over the weekend and follow up with Caregiver alerts accordingly.
• You will be required to update a log of all calls/emails/texts to the Emergency Phone and detail how the situation was addressed in detail and detail whether the actions have been closed off or remain open. Notes will also need to be uploaded to People Planner under Client/Caregiver as appropriate
• Develop and build excellent relationships with Clients and CAREGivers with a view to optimise the efficient matching of Carers with Clients.
• Managing changes to Client/CAREGiver schedules.
• Handling emergency situations calmly and in a professional manner.
• Monitor and log on People Planner both Client and CAREGiver activity, follow up on requests and service requirements efficiently while keeping up to date records of all activity.

The Person:

• Strong IT skills/aptitude particularly MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally,
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Experience in managing and prioritising workload and the ability to work well under pressure,
• A good geographical knowledge Of Mayo would be a distinct advantage
