We have an exciting role for an Online Retail & Customer Service Representative.
Typical duties and responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via email, on the phone, or face-to-face in-store
Managing the receipting of all incoming goods into stores and other stock control duties, specifically utilising our online system for inventory control
Check inventory, find, and collect merchandise for customer order shipping
Verify and record outgoing products orders
Prepare items and assemble orders for shipping
Education and experience
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required skills and qualifications:
Ability to read and understand delivery orders, and work with minimal guidance
Ability to operate computers and relevant online order management software
Ability to communicate with customers via email, phone or face to face in store
Follow safe work practices and procedures
Excellent teamwork skills
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Basic computer and math skills
Training will be provided
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €11.66-€14.50 per hour
