Foreman/Landscaper Natural Stone Paving - Landscape Construction (Full Clean Drivers License preferable)

Position Summary: The ideal candidate would be able to coordinate landscape projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to timelines. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideally would have a full clean driver's license and relevant industry experience particularly in Natural stone paving.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee and manage landscape projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to landscaping and construction plans.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Skills Focus:
• Natural Stone Paving (Priority)
• Digger Driving
• Groundworks
• Knowledge of levels in landscaping and construction
• Additional Skills (Advantageous):
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Block Laying
• Lawn Turf Laying
• Planting
• Team Leadership:
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Full clean driving license is preferable.
• Relevant industry experience in landscaping and construction.
• Experience in paving or digger driving is beneficial.
• Ability to understand and interpret construction plans.

Training Opportunities:

• Training will be provided, offering opportunities to upskill in various areas based on the candidate's interests and career goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time contract basis with a competitive salary ranging from €12.50 - €20 per hour (depending on experience).
• Salary: €26,000.00-€42,000.00 per year.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: 40 per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with potential weekend availability.
• Overtime opportunities available.

Location:

• Work Location: In person at Castleknock, CO. Dublin.
• Ability to Commute: Must be able to commute to Castleknock and the general Dublin area
