Reactive Property Maintenance is Irelands largest property maintenance company who completed c.11,500 jobs in 2022 . We are continuing to expand and require experienced domestic plumbers to join our team.
We are a great company to work with, very low staff turnover, we work around family and personal life and we are fair to everybody.
What is the Job?

Calling to properties, solving problems like leaks, heating problems etc.
Fixing the mess the geniuses from the other maintenance company caused and walked away.
General plumbing repairs, Leak tracing and fault finding in heating and pumped water systems.
Replacement and servicing of gas boilers, cylinders, tanks etc
Heat Pump and Solar Maintenance a major advantage.

What do you get ?

You get paid every week without fail and job security. Property maintenance is growing and growing.
You get a van and the use of it evenings and weekends, including diesel and a phone.
Monday to Friday 8.30- 5.30pm working hours, no weekend work or afterhours call outs.
No site work, generally you will be driving to different jobs during the day, in houses and commercial premises.
You get to work with a great bunch of Guys and Girls in the field and office.

Experience:

Qualified Plumber: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Safe Pass (preferred)
Full B Driving License (required)
GID or RGII (required)
