Role Purpose:
The product designer is responsible for working within an Agile team translating research insights into ideas, helping to prioritise features that focus on what really drives business results and customer satisfaction.
Employ a user-centred design and data driven approach in identifying gaps and opportunities.
Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess viability through design and test methodologies.
Give effective feedback and provide mentoring to junior members of the team, as and when required.
Work with a team of designers to implement a design process, participate in design reviews and be part of other design related activities.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
You are proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
You are comfortable in conducting and analysing quantitative and qualitative research, including usability testing, stakeholder interviewing, and behavioural/conversion analysis.
You are comfortable working in the Agile methodology and side-by-side with product managers, developers and designers on a daily basis.
You are comfortable leading and facilitating UX workshops, including brainstorming sessions, co-creation workshops, and usability testing debriefs, to ensure stakeholder alignment and to gather diverse insights.
You have experience in designing solutions and understand native mobile (i OS and Android) and responsive website best practices.
You are comfortable communicating your design work and rationale behind design solutions.
You have an extensive knowledge of design thinking methodologies and are adept at applying them to solve complex design challenges.
And most important of all, a team player.

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:
2-3 years’ experience working as a product designer, or similar role.
Experience working in an agile environment.
