Production Line Lead
Xerotech Ltd are seeking a Production Line Lead – Module Day Shift to join our fast-growing team.


In this role you’ll get to:

• Operate production machinery.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure workstations and machines are kept clean.
• Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals.
• Monitor and assess employee’s performance, attendance, scheduling etc.
• Maintain safe work practices and ensure safety is a priority with all workers.
• Ensure that products are built in accordance with the production schedule.
• Ensure that the production team are adequately trained and competent.
• Work proactively & effectively with support (Engineering, Quality etc) to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process for new employees.
• Identify and highlight continuous improvement opportunities.
• Complete shift hand over at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties/projects as requested by your manager.

To excel you will need:

• At least 3 years in a similar position or in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with plastic welding technology.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to leading others.
