The responsibilities of the Production Operator shall include, but will not be limited to:
· General Production Operator duties to include product packing, working on production lines, operating production equipment, etc.
· Responsible for following all Quality Operating Procedures.
· Responsible for ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately, in a full & in a timely manner.
· Ensuring food safety and product quality is maintained at all times.
· Maintaining good levels of personal hygiene & housekeeping in their area of work.
· Carrying out designated tasks as assigned by management/supervisors.
· Responsible for the health and safety of both themselves, and those around them (by adhering to company’s H&S Procedures and Policies).
· Following weekly and daily production plans.
Required Competencies:
· Proficient writing, arithmetic, and organisation skills.
· Fluency in English written and oral.
· Ability to adapt throughout the day in an ever-changing production environment.
