Position propose:
· To provide day to day Incoming Inspection of raw material, take care of In process Inspection during assembly and Final Inspection of finished product expertise including customer documentation.
· To complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRS) and lot inspection activities.
· To support our suppliers in helping us deliver quality product to our internal customers, through product & process investigations & evaluations.
· To support R&D department with numerus of projects.

· Manufacturing of measurement instrumentation is a challenging, highly regulated business with low volumes and integration of diverse technologies and complex supply chains.
· Assess Supplier capability to meet quality requirements to ensure supplier processes are an effective fit with Inna Labs requirements.
· Check specification and tolerances when requested from either production or suppliers and complete the associated dispositions.
· Participate in design changes of component and assemblies to enhance product and reduce operator error.
Key Competencies:
· Mechanical and Electromechanical measurement systems
· Inspection Methodologies such as; PCBA Visual Inspection (IPC-A-610),
· Inspection and metrology of machined metal parts.
· Precision Coordinate Measurement Machine, non-contact measurement.
· Machined and molded metal parts, inspection and measurement.
· General Inspection to Drawing; Commercial off the shelf components, inspect against vendors item or model number – Advanced
· Geometrical Tolerancing (e.g. true position, perpendicularity. concentricity, angularity, roundness etc.) – Advanced
· Excellent Communication skills both oral and written – Advanced
Key Requirements:
· Principal knowledge of Quality Organization.
· Ideally 4 to 6 years relevant experience.
· Minimum of a third level qualification QQI (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) in an appropriate discipline (Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics)
· This position requires excellent analytical skills, judgement and a good understanding of statistical techniques.
