This is a startup role with opportunity for career progression as the site ramps and matures. This role has a large scope of responsibilities due to the startup nature of the company in Ireland. A successful candidate should demonstrate flexibility and ability to multi-task. This role will require training at one of our US sites for a minimum period of 2 months
POSITION DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:
The remit of the role will consist of implementation of safety protocols, training, coordination of qualification jobs, inputting engineering part records, assisting all production activities which may also include logistic services
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible to assist safety protocols are being followed by all employees and assures machinery, tools and equipment are in good working conditions and maintain a positive attitude
· Operation of the chemical process line, cleanroom and surface finishing equipment in line with relevant SOPs
· Production associates are required to communicate effectively both written and verbal formats with all internal/external stakeholders.
· Work closely with production manager to organise workload and maintain schedule adherence.
· Create internal job numbers, schedules and coordinate work with appropriate departments so that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
· Assist training of new employees with all areas specific processes and enforce quality expectations through both departmental SOP’s and OJT for all personnel assigned to your workstations
· Maintains accurate documentation of production records and SPC data using ERP software.
· Assisting in achieving OTIF delivery to our customers which includes delivering logistics support where needed
· Support onsite inventory control.
· Monitors processes and product flow to ensure OTIF delivery.
· Other duties will be assigned by the factory production manager.
NUMBER OF YEARS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Qualifications/experience:
· Chemical/ engineering qualification preferred or related education.
· Semi-conductor experience, parts cleaning experience, surface finishing/detailing an advantage.
· Experience working in a production environment involving production teams required.

Physical requirements for the role:
- Necessity to be physically fit to pass company required physical/screening tests. The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms and perform light routine office work, which includes computer workstation usage.
- Ability to lift to 25 kg and load items safely on designated locations via mobile storage charts and shelf locations
- Safe pass operations experience in a plant environment
