Are you an experienced professional with a background in production facilities, particularly in the bakery industry? Join our dynamic team as a Production Team Leader and contribute to the success of our thriving gluten-free bakery. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies.
• Address and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

Working Hours:

• 5-day working week (Monday - Saturday)
• Early morning shifts: 7.00am - 4.00pm

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production facility, with bakery experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Compensation:

• Full-time position
• Salary: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
