Role: Project Manager - Logistics

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field; 7+ years of experience in large-scale residential or commercial construction in Ireland; Health & Safety and logistics management expertise; Full Driving Licence.

Location: Onsite in West Dublin

Salary: €100,000 - €110,000

Package: Company car/car allowance, annual bonuses (up to 10%), pension, health insurance, annual salary reviews, life assurance, income protection, travel schemes and more

Overseeing: Site logistics, Health & Safety, materials flow, crane operations, and waste management

Our client, a prominent residential developer, is seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Project Manager to join their team for a major sustainable development project in Dublin. This role involves managing on-site logistics to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery while upholding the highest standards of Health & Safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include developing logistics plans during pre-construction, managing labour, machinery, and materials flow on-site, and ensuring effective waste management. You will work closely with site management and subcontractors to maintain a safe and secure environment, coordinate the setup and operation of cranes, and oversee delivery protocols and material distribution. Additional responsibilities include addressing skills shortages, supporting employee development within the construction team, and implementing best practices in project controls.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for sustainability and efficient site management to take on a leadership role within a large-scale, high-profile development project.
