Role: Senior Property Manager - Residential Developments

Client: Ireland’s fastest-growing PRS rental platform

Essentials: 3+ years of Residential Tenancy Management experience in Ireland, experience with Institutional landlords is greatly preferred, PSRA License, Full Driving License

Location: Dublin based office & portfolio

Salary & Package: €55,000 - €60,000, bonus scheme, pension plan, healthcare, onsite parking, 25 days AL and more

Reporting to: COO

Our client currently manages an ever-growing portfolio of 3,000 units across Dublin. They foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging regular team activities and professional development. With in-house Property Management, Lettings, and Maintenance teams, they ensure a seamless living and rental experience for tenants, clients, and the entire team.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will:

Oversee a portfolio of properties across new and existing developments in Dublin.
Lead strategic planning efforts to optimise occupancy rates and drive operational efficiencies.
Coordinate property turnovers to ensure minimal downtime and smooth transitions.
Ensure compliance with RTB regulations in all tenant and property management matters.
Manage escalated tenant issues, providing solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
Oversee rental payments and arrears, implementing effective payment tracking and recovery strategies.
Mentor junior property management staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Collaborate with other departments to improve tenant satisfaction and support overall business growth initiatives.
