Project Manager (Russian-Speaking)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects, including house extensions and renovations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in the construction industry, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Russian and English to work with diverse teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage house extension and renovation projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Oversee the work of on-site teams to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Handle procurement and timely delivery of materials
  • Provide regular updates to clients and manage expectations throughout the project
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays as they arise
  • Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and health and safety standards
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in Russian and English
  • Proven experience in managing residential construction projects (house extensions, renovations)
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction best practices
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
