We are a leading construction company in Ireland, dedicated to delivering high-quality building projects. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. We are currently looking for a Yard Operative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Yard Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the yard, ensuring materials are stored correctly, and assisting with deliveries. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the yard
  • Loading and unloading deliveries of materials
  • Moving and arranging stock within the yard
  • Assisting team members in locating materials
  • Operating forklifts (training provided if necessary)
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Supporting general yard duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good physical fitness, as the role requires manual handling
  • Basic understanding of construction materials is beneficial
  • Speaking Russian is a plus, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Monday to Friday
