Responsibilities:
The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing standards and ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory standards, accreditation standards, Staffing, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing standards and ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory standards, accreditation standards, Staffing, and customer requirements.
- Quality Control for all the products,
- Supporting the production team ensuring that the quality of the product is tested and measured at regular daily intervals ensuring it meets all production, food safety, hygiene and client specifications.
- Resolving problems on a daily base as well as dealing with complaints,
- Carrying out quality inspections on produce at intake, at each step of production and finished product stage.
- Supporting sales/customer service person when needed.
- Required profile:
- Have fluent English, excellent communication skills and can interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Have a good knowledge of food production/ quality.
- Have good problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and be analytical.
- Accurate data and record-keeping skills.
