Quantity surveyor (Data Centre Project)

Our client is in search of a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor. This role will entail working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximizing commercial returns and managing risk.
Responsibilities:
- Feasibility: Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
- Manage cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery
- Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR's
- Have experience commercially managing high value M&E works
- Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
- Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subject. ideally chartered

Pay: €48,000.00-€95,000.00 per year
