Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Tender Review: Assess and analyse tender documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Contract Analysis: Examine contract documents to identify project requirements and specifications.
- Project Management: Work on a variety of project types, ensuring that all tasks are completed within tight deadlines.
- Cost Estimation: Utilise Excel and other tools to provide detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
