The Role
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist at the DSG Head Office in Dublin Port.

Responsibilities;

Greet and welcome guests
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
Signing for small deliveries and forward to relevant departments.
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Diary management and schedule meetings
Booking accommodation for visitors when requested
Ordering transport/taxis when requested
Organise the set up of teas and coffee for meetings.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The personal assistant aspect of the role will involve co-ordinating travel arrangements, administering appointments/meetings, letter writing, and any other such duties required.

The working hours of this position are - 08:30hrs to 17.00hrs, Monday to Friday.

Who We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will be highly customer service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must also possess excellent organisational and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will also possess the following:

Leaving Certificate or equivalent education standard
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Computer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

The successful candidate will need to have some previous experience in a similar environment (relevant areas: administration, receptionist, secretarial, personal assistant) and have completed some training in office administration or secretarial skills.
